His nine Summers as Camp Tamakwa's Program Director are as legendary as the wildly engaging and warm personality he extends to everyone he meets. With over 20 years of experience, Leslie has managed four vertically-marketed websites, run a boutique internet firm, and created several pioneering business models that continue to thrive in the current market.

David's quick wit and marked multitasking makes it seem like he's got more than two hands! Previous to founding Hooplah, he was Director of Operations for Strolf through 2000. An over 15 year career as an Event Producer, and simultaneously developing 38 eCommerce websites -- well, he's become a veritable superhero of solutions. David keeps Hooplah on the edge by analysing shifts in technology and managing its relation to successful advertising metrics.

A concept-driven guy with a taste for the uncommon, Kai's refined methodology is a catalyst for Hooplah's creative process. In 1999, he began his own Miami-based digital consultancy as a musician turned publisher; leading a team of nine for four years. With degrees in Fine Arts and Design Management, Kai has worked as a Illustrator/Designer, Management Consultant and Art Director on agency and client-side alike. He swears dancing was required for each role.
