Printers

All Printers fail!

Sooner or later, every printer will have a problem. With all those moving parts, it is inevitable that service will be required. Feed rollers wear and cause paper jams. Charge rollers become contaminated. Image drums lose their sensitivity. Fuser rollers can tear and leave residual images. Toner cartridges can and often do leak. Gears wear and make for a noisy printer.

But commercial HP and Lexmark printers are my specialty! I've repaired hundreds of HP and Lexmark printers for most major corporations in the Louisville area. I provide OEM parts, and all labor and parts include warranties.

Why use a commercial grade printer? Unlike consumer level printers that are discarded after a few years, commercial printers are designed to last for years! I've worked on many that are still going strong after a decade! All it takes is some regular maintenance, and a few replacement parts as needed.

Commercial printers are also designed to print several hundred thousand pages at high thru puts before requiring service. Thus if you need to make ten copies of a fifty page legal draft, or send lots of bills and correspondence to customers each month, commercial is the way to go!

And therein lies the dilemma! Commercial printers are typically used by medium to large corporations. They purchase both the printers and a long term service contract to support them over the years. That is fine for corporations, but what about the small businesses and home offices that cannot afford an expensive service contract? Nor will a lot of vendors bother with a customer with only a few, or even one, commercial printer.

This is where Hooplah Technologies comes in! I offer the same professional printer support for the individual and small business as I provide for my corporate customers.

Now you can enjoy the advantages of high output commercial printers without having to pay for an expensive contract to do it! I provide service and repairs at your home or office, and simply charge for labor, parts, and mileage when out of the local Louisville area. So how much does it cost? How about an HP LaserJet 4000tn making noises, jamming, and printing smears all over your documents. Depending upon the exact problem, the total cost is typically $60.00 - $250.00 depending upon the parts required. On the high end, a maintenance rebuild will bring your printer back to perfect operating condition, which is typically good for another 200,000 pages!

So you can buy a consumer printer every two years, or service your commercial printer, and keep on printing for years to come!

Welcome to professional printer support! My prices are very competitive the service is always excellent. I am fully insured can also provide professional references as required. So when your printer is down, and downtime is critical, just give Hooplah Technologies a call!
